摘 要:Ⅱ型糖尿病是一种慢性代谢性疾病,其全球发病率持续上升,已成为严重的公共卫生问题。2021年,全球糖尿病患者已达5.29亿,预计到2050年将超过13.10亿。饮食习惯在控制糖尿病进程、预防并发症以及提高患者生活质量方面具有重要作用。然而,传统的饮食管理方式缺乏个性化,难以精准控制血糖水平。文章基于随机森林算法精准分析血糖负荷(GL值)对血糖水平的影响,建立可靠的血糖预测模型,为糖尿病患者提供个性化的饮食建议,帮助优化饮食结构,降低血糖波动,从而更有效地控制血糖,提高生活质量。Type Ⅱ diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease.Its global incidence rate continues to rise and has become a serious public health problem.In 2021,the number of patients with diabetes in the world will reach 529 million,and it is estimated that it will exceed 1.31 billion by 2050.Eating habits play an important role in controlling the process of diabetes,preventing complications and improving the quality of life of patients.However,traditional dietary management methods lack personalization and are difficult to accurately control blood sugar levels.Based on the random forest algorithm,this paper accurately analyzes the impact of blood glucose load(GL value)on blood glucose level,establishes a reliable blood glucose prediction model,provides personalized diet suggestions for diabetes patients,helps optimize diet structure,reduces blood glucose fluctuations,so as to more effectively control blood sugar and improve quality of life.
