摘　　要：传统疾病报告管理方式存在信息传递不及时、数据准确性差及管理效率低等问题,文章设计并实现了一种基于Web的疾病报告管理系统。该系统涵盖诊断监测、临床填报、质控与报表、数据交换、配置维护模块,确保了疾病报告信息的实时传输和共享。通过实际应用,该系统显著提高了疾病报告管理的效率和准确性,为医疗机构提供了更加科学、规范的管理手段,为疾病防控和临床诊疗提供了有力支持。The paper issues such as untimely information transmission,difficulty in ensuring data accuracy,and low management efficiency in traditional disease reporting management methods by designing and implementing a Web-based disease reporting management system.This system encompasses multiple modules such as diagnostic monitoring,clinical reporting,quality control and reporting,data exchange,configuration and maintenance,ensuring real-time transmission and sharing of disease reporting information.Through practical application,the system has improved the efficiency and accuracy of disease reporting management,providing medical institutions with more scientific and standardized management tools,and offering strong support for disease prevention and control,as well as clinical diagnosis and treatment.
