摘　　要：数字政务项目不仅要满足高效服务与信息安全的双重要求,还涉及多个团队和复杂的供应链,因此跨团队协作在项目成功中扮演关键角色。有效的跨团队协作能够确保项目在规划、评估和交付等环节保持一致性与高效性,减少信息滞后和流程障碍。文章基于数字政务项目的独特需求,深入分析了跨团队协作模式,探讨了如何通过优化协作机制、畅通沟通渠道和培育团队文化实现不同团队间的无缝合作。研究结果表明,协作机制的规范化、信息共享的及时性及团队间的信任度对项目成功具有显著影响。Digital government projects not only need to meet the dual requirements of efficient service and information security,but also involve multiple teams and complex supply chains.Therefore,cross team collaboration plays a key role in project success.Effective cross team collaboration can ensure consistency and efficiency in project planning,evaluation,and delivery,reducing information lag and process barriers.This article is based on the unique requirements of digital government projects,and deeply analyzes cross team collaboration models.It explores how to achieve seamless cooperation between different teams by optimizing collaboration mechanisms,facilitating communication channels,and cultivating team culture.The research results indicate that the standardization of collaboration mechanisms,the timeliness of information sharing,and the level of trust between teams have a significant impact on project success.
