摘 要:随着我国数字经济的高速发展,线上电商平台对传统服装实体零售业造成了一定影响。当前,线下服装实体店面临的数字化转型困境主要表现为缺乏新技术应用与创新理念、营销策略滞后、库存管理低效以及商品溯源体系缺失。这导致传统服装实体零售业销售业绩下滑,经营压力加剧。在此背景下,部分企业正积极采用物联网技术推进线上线下融合的智慧零售新模式。该模式通过技术创新优化顾客体验,实现降本增效的目标,旨在提升线下实体店的市场竞争力,为传统服装零售业的转型升级提供新的发展路径。With the rapid development of China̓s digital economy,online e-commerce platforms have had a certain impact on the traditional clothing physical retail industry.Currently,the digital transformation challenges faced by offline clothing physical stores mainly manifest as a lack of new technology applications and innovative concepts,lagging marketing strategies,inefficient inventory management,and a lack of product traceability systems.This has led to a decline in sales performance and increased operational pressure in the traditional clothing physical retail industry.In this context,some enterprises are actively adopting IoT technology to promote the integration of online and offline smart retail models.This model optimizes customer experience through technological innovation,achieves the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement,and aims to enhance the market competitiveness of offline physical stores,providing a new development path for the transformation and upgrading of traditional clothing retail industry.
