摘 要:采用电泳沉积法在Nd-Fe-B磁体表面沉积DyF_(3)粉末,并向电泳悬浮液中加MgCl_(2)和CuCl_(2),探究两种添加剂对电泳沉积DyF_(3)磁体结构和性能的影响。结果表明,向悬浊液中加入适量MgCl_(2)和CuCl_(2)能显著提高DyF_(3)粉末在磁体表面的沉积量,且添加MgCl_(2)对电泳沉积量的影响效果要好于添加CuCl_(2)。与未加添加剂相比,添加MgCl_(2)的矫顽力从20.32 kOe提升至29.44 kOe,提升了44.9%;添加CuCl_(2)的磁体的矫顽力提升至26.03 kOe,提升了28.1%,剩磁略有下降。In this study,DyF 3 powder was deposited on the surface of Nd-Fe-B magnets by electrophoretic deposition method,and MgCl_(2) and CuCl_(2) were added to the electrophoretic suspension to explore the effects of different additives on the structure and properties of DyF 3 magnets.The results show that MgCl_(2) and CuCl_(2) can increase the deposition amount of DyF 3 powder on the magnet surface.Moreover,the effect of MgCl_(2) addition on the deposition amount of electrophoretic deposition is better than that of CuCl_(2) addition.Compared with no additive,the coercivity of the magnet added MgCl_(2) increased by 44.9%from^(2)0.32 kOe to 29.44 kOe,and that of the magnet added CuCl_(2) increased by 28.1%to 26.03 kOe.
