摘　　要：本文详细介绍了双基发射药一体钉的产品结构、主要装填药剂以及生产线的设计与优化。该一体钉采用塑料作为外壳主体材料,显著降低了制造成本。选用了由退役火炸药制备的药剂,并专门研发了一种相匹配的点火药。设计了点火药的制备工艺流程,并通过实验确定了点火药装药量在80~90 mg,发射药装药量在170~190 mg时,能够满足一体钉在发火感度、射击性能、振动安全性、高低温性能以及受潮性能等方面的严格性能指标。设计了一种半自动一体钉装配生产线的设计,该生产线取消了传统的点胶固化步骤,并将所有危险工序集中在钢结构房内进行,不仅提升了生产效率,还实现了人机隔离,从而有效降低了生产过程中的安全风险。这些创新设计和改进措施,为双基发射药一体钉的生产提供了一种高效、安全的新方法,预示着该产品拥有极为广阔的市场前景。This paper provides a detailed account of the product structure,main charging agents,and the design and optimization of the production line for composite propellant integral nails.The integral nail utilizes plastic as the primary material for the shell,significantly reducing manufacturing costs.The charging agent is prepared from decommissioned explosives,and a matching ignition propellant has been specifically developed.The preparation process of the ignition propellant was designed,and experiments determined that when the ignition propellant charge is between 80~90 mg and the launching propellant charge is between 170~190 mg,the nail meets strict performance requirements in terms of ignition sensitivity,shooting performance,vibration safety,temperature resistance,and moisture resistance.A semi-automatic integral nail assembly production line was designed,which eliminates the traditional glue solidification process and concentrates all hazardous operations within a steel structure building,enhancing production efficiency and achieving machine-human isolation,thereby effectively reducing safety risks in the production process.These innovative designs and improvement measures provide an efficient and safe new method for the production of composite propellant integral nails,indicating a very broad market prospect for the product.
