催化胺化制备聚醚胺的催化剂及工艺研究

摘  要:以共沉淀法制备镍基聚醚胺催化剂,通过间歇反应考察了活性组分种类、物质的量比例对胺化转化率和选择性的影响,确定了Ni∶Cu∶Cr-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂体系。在固定床反应器中系统考察了反应温度、反应压力、液体空速、原料配比等因素对胺化反应的影响。实验结果表明,当反应温度为220℃,反应压力为8 MPa,胺醇物质的量比为20∶1,液体空速0.4 h^(-1),氢醇物质的量比为5.47∶1时,PPG-400的转化率大于95%,伯胺的选择性大于97%,产物胺值达253 mgKOH/g。且在该较优条件下对该催化剂进行了800 h稳定性评价,催化活性无明显下降。A nickel-based catalyst polyetheramine was prepared by co-precipitation method,and the effects of active component types and proportions on the conversion rate and selectivity of amination were investigated by batch reactions.The Ni∶Cu∶Cr-Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst system was determined.The effects of reaction temperature,pressure,liquid hourly space velocity(LHSV),and feed ratio on the amination reaction were systematically investigated in a fixed-bed reactor.The experimental results showed that when the reaction temperature was 220℃,the reaction pressure was 8 MPa,the molar ratio of amine to alcohol was 20∶1,the liquid hourly space velocity was 0.4 h^(-1),and the molar ratio of hydrogen to alcohol was 5.47∶1,the conversion rate of PPG-400 was greater than 95%,the selectivity of primary amine was greater than 97%,and the product amine value was 253 mgKOH/g.The stability of the catalyst was evaluated for 800 hours under the optimal conditions,and the catalytic activity showed no significant decrease.
