摘 要:目的:旨在深入探讨一次性使用输液器带针与4种临床常用输液药物在输液过程中的相容性。方法:通过一系列严格设计的实验,分别考察了输液器对药物溶液稳定性的影响,以及药物溶液对输液器中化学物质溶出的作用。实验中,对药物溶液的鉴别、有关物质和药物含量等指标进行了持续监测,并运用高效液相分析技术对输液器中可能溶出的化学物质进行了精准鉴定和定量分析。结论:该一次性使用输液器带针与所选择的4种临床输液药物的相容性良好。Objective:This study aims to explore in depth the compatibility of disposable infusion sets with needles and four commonly used clinical infusion drugs during the infusion process.Method:Through a series of rigorously designed experiments,the influence of infusion sets on the stability of drug solutions and the effect of drug solutions on the dissolution of chemical substances in infusion sets were investigated.In the experiment,continuous monitoring was conducted on the identification of drug solutions,related substances,and drug content indicators.High performance liquid chromatography analysis technology was used to accurately identify and quantitatively analyze chemical substances that may dissolve in the infusion set.Conclusion:The disposable infusion set with needle has good compatibility with the four selected chemical infusion drugs.
