摘　　要：凝胶色谱具有分离效果好、反应灵敏、流动相性质温和等特点。近些年,凝胶色谱以其特有的性能优势被广泛应用在天然药物化学领域,并逐步拓展到药物相对分子质量和排布的测定、药物提取分离以及药物分析等重要环节,为天然药物化学相关产业的发展带来了全新的思路,具有广阔的市场潜力。文章对凝胶色谱的性质、特点进行了简要阐述,重点综述了凝胶色谱在天然药物化学中的实际应用情况并对其前景进行展望,旨在为相关研究提供一定的思路。Gel chromatography has the characteristics of effective separation,sensitive response,and mild flow phase properties.In recent years,gel chromatography has been widely applied in the field of natural pharmaceutical chemistry due to its unique performance advantages,bringing new ideas to the development of related industries in natural pharmaceutical chemistry.Its application scope has gradually expanded to important aspects such as the determination of drug molecular weight and arrangement,drug extraction and separation,and drug analysis,with broad market potential.This article briefly describes the nature and characteristics of gel chromatography,with a focus on reviewing its practical application in natural medicine chemistry and exploring its prospects,aiming to provide some ideas for related research.
