摘 要:深入探讨了丁烯氧化脱氢技术的经济性、环境影响及技术挑战,分析了新型催化剂材料、过程强化与系统集成技术,以及数字化与智能化改造策略对技术升级的影响。通过对技术经济性的评估,揭示了投资回报率与环保法规遵从成本之间的平衡。还探讨了碳排放与节能减排潜力,以及这些环境因素对技术外部性的影响,结果表明,技术创新与智能化改造是推动丁烯氧化脱氢技术绿色发展的关键。未来,该技术将朝着更高效、更环保、更智能的方向发展,为化工行业的可持续发展提供重要支撑。This article deeply explores the economic feasibility,environmental impact,and technical challenges of butene oxidative dehydrogenation technology,analyzes new catalyst materials,process enhancement and system integration technologies,as well as the impact of digital and intelligent transformation strategies on technological upgrades.By evaluating the technical and economic feasibility,the balance between investment return and compliance costs of environmental regulations has been revealed.This study also explored the potential for carbon emissions and energy conservation,as well as the impact of these environmental factors on technological externalities.The results showed that technological innovation and intelligent transformation are key to promoting the green development of butene oxidative dehydrogenation technology.In the future,this technology will develop towards greater efficiency,environmental friendliness,and intelligence,providing important support for the sustainable development of the chemical industry.
