摘 要:针对生产中氟醚橡胶与金属粘接不合格的问题开展课题研究,从人、机、料、法、环、测六个方面进行分析和研究,确定胶料配方是影响粘接的主要原因,在原材料配方允许的公差范围内进行微调,胶料粘接强度显著提高,力学试样的粘接强度由2.7 MPa提升到6.6 MPa;附胶情况也明显更好,由最初的界面破坏转至100%橡胶破坏。A research project was conducted to address the issue of poor adhesion between fluoroether rubber and metals in production.Analysis and study were conducted from six aspects:human,machine,material,method,environment,and measurement.It was determined that the rubber formula was the main reason affecting adhesion.Micro adjustments were made within the allowable tolerance range of the raw material formula,and the adhesive strength of the rubber material was significantly improved.The adhesive strength of the mechanical specimen increased from^(2).7 MPa to 6.6 MPa.The adhesive adhesion is also significantly better,shifting from initial interface failure to 100%rubber failure.
