摘  要:氦气是重要的战略性资源,对于国防军工和高科技产业至关重要。我国氦气需求大,由于天然气中氦气含量低,提取成本高,导致国内产能不足,约90%以上依赖进口,受氦气限制风险较高。如何提高氦气回收率和经济性,成为氦气提取技术研究的热点。本文综述了低温液化分馏法、变压吸附法、膜渗透分离法等提氦技术及应用的现状,介绍了膜分离及吸附复合提氦工艺在BOG(天然气闪蒸气)提氦中的应用,强调了该工艺具有适应性强、操作成本低、经济性高等优势。与传统方法相比,膜分离及吸附复合法在天然气提氦领域具有更广阔的应用前景。本文通过对工程应用案例的探讨,旨在为我国天然气BOG提氦技术的发展和应用提供参考。Helium is an important strategic resource that is vital to defense and high-tech industries.China has a large demand for helium,due to the low helium content in natural gas and high extraction cost,resulting in insufficient domestic production capacity,about 90%of which are dependent on imports,and the risk of being restricted by helium is high.How to improve the recovery rate and economy of helium has become the focus of helium extraction technology research.In this paper,the present status of helium extraction technology and its application such as low temperature liquefaction fractionation,pressure swing adsorption and membrane osmosis separation are reviewed.The application of membrane separation and adsorption combined helium extraction process in BOG helium extraction is introduced.The advantages of this process are emphasized.Compared with the traditional methods,the membrane separation and adsorption complex method has a wider application prospect in the field of helium extraction from natural gas.Through the discussion of engineering application cases,this paper aims to provide reference for the development and application of BOG helium extraction technology in China.
