摘 要:对反应釜焊接工艺进行了深入探讨,重点优化了焊接参数并分析了焊接质量。为了促进反应釜焊接工艺的不断改进,研究了不同焊接参数对焊缝几何形状的影响,以及焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能。焊接参数对焊接合金接头的焊缝几何形状有显著影响,经过工艺优化,得到了优化后的焊接工艺参数。靠近熔合线的组织为垂直于熔合线方向生长的柱状晶体。焊接接头中心部分的核心由等轴晶体组成。在焊接接头中没有发现明显的“软化”热影响区。焊缝金属的硬度约为母材硬度的130%。由于显微组织和晶间碳化物的影响,焊缝金属不同区域的硬度值呈现出独特的分布。焊接接头存在少量微小的凝固裂纹、清算裂纹。与室温下的试样相比,高温下的拉伸强度和伸长率均有明显下降。所有裂缝均位于母材内,呈脆性断裂模式。结果表明,优化后的焊接工艺显著提高了焊缝强度和致密性,减少了焊接缺陷,为提升反应釜焊接质量和效率提供了技术支持。In this paper,the welding process of the reactor was deeply discussed,and the welding parameters were optimized and the welding quality was analyzed.In order to improve the welding process,the influence of different welding parameters on weld geometry,microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joint were studied.The welding parameters have significant influence on the weld geometry of the welded alloy joint,and the optimized welding parameters are obtained after process optimization.The structure near the fusion line is columnar crystal growing perpendicular to the fusion line.The core of the central part of the welded joint is composed of equiaxial crystals.No significant"softened"heat affected zone was found in the welded joint.The hardness of the weld metal is about 130%of the hardness of the base metal.Due to the influence of microstructure and intercrystalline carbide,the hardness values in different regions of weld metal show unique distribution.There are a few tiny solidification cracks and clearing cracks in welded joints.Compared with the samples at room temperature,the tensile strength and elongation at high temperature decreased significantly.All cracks are located in the base material and are brittle fracture mode.The results show that the optimized welding process can significantly improve the strength and density of the weld and reduce the welding defects.It provides technical support for improving the welding quality and efficiency of the reactor.
