摘　　要：丁二烯系统中聚合物聚集是丁二烯装置运行不可回避的难题,因此本文针对丁二烯装置循环溶剂中聚合物超标的问题,提出对装置进行优化调整的方法,并针对丁二烯生产工艺特点,提出了防止丁二烯自聚的几点工艺优化措施,保障了丁二烯装置长周期安全平稳运行。Polymer aggregation in butadiene system is an unavoidable problem in the operation of butadiene plant,so this paper proposes a method to optimize and adjust the device in view of the problem of excessive polymer in the circulating solvent of butadiene plant,and proposes several process optimization measures to prevent butadiene selfpolymerization according to the characteristics of butadiene production process,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of butadiene plant for a long time.
