摘  要:催化重整是石油炼制与石油化工生产中重要的加工过程,它为下游装置提供芳烃原料和副产物氢气,是石油化工企业成本低廉的氢气来源之一。重整增压机是连续重整装置的重要设备之一,它的控制方案有两种,分别为Triconex三分程控制与两分程控制。其中传统的Triconex三分程控制方案虽应用于大量的炼化企业,但存在压缩机性能控制与防喘振控制相互干扰的问题,广东石化为有效解决此问题采用了两分程控制方案。两分程控制的应用,解决了压缩机性能控制与防喘振控制相互干扰的问题,稳定了系统压力与压缩机级间压缩比,使得装置平稳运行。此控制方案的成功应用,对日后同等规模炼油装置控制方案的选择具有一定借鉴作用。The Catalytic reforming unit is an important processing process in petroleum refining and petrochemical production.It provides aromatics feedstock and by-product hydrogen for downstream units.It can be used as a low-cost hydrogen source for petrochemical enterprises.The reforming booster is one of the important equipment in the continuous reforming unit,and its control has two types:Triconex three-way control and two way control.The traditional Triconex three-way control scheme is applied to a large number of refining enterprises,but it has the problem of interference between compressor performance control and anti surge control.Guangdong Petrochemical has adopted a two way control scheme to effectively solve this problem.The application of two-stage control solves the problem of mutual interference between compressor performance control and anti surge control,stabilizes the system pressure and compressor interstage compression ratio,making the device operate smoothly.The successful application of this control scheme has reference value for the selection of control schemes for similar scale oil refining units in the future.
