摘  要:以河南龙宇煤化工有限公司20万t/a煤制乙二醇为例,简要介绍了羰化合成装置的工艺流程。现阶段煤制乙二醇生产已较为成熟,但对羰化催化剂的保护报道较少。如何延长羰化催化剂的使用寿命,已成为煤制乙二醇企业重点研究方向。经过装置长期运行,总结并分析了影响羰化催化剂使用寿命的因素。针对影响羰化催化剂寿命的因素,分别从管理上、技术上、操作上制定保护措施,达到延长羰化催化剂使用寿命的目的,为煤制乙二醇羰化催化剂的长期使用提供宝贵经验。This paper briefly introduces the process flow of carbonylation synthesis unit of 200 kt/a ethylene glycol in Henan Longyu Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.At present,the production of ethylene glycol from coal is relatively mature.However,there are few reports on the protection of carbonylation catalysts.Life extension of carbonylation catalysts has become a key research area to enterprise of ethylene glycol from goal.The factors affecting the life of carbonylation catalyst were summarized and analyzed by operation of the unit.In view of the factors,protection measures are made from management,technology and operation to prolong the life of carbonylation catalyst.It provides valuable experience for the long-term use of the carbonylation catalyst of ethylene glycol from coal.
