摘 要:在海工领域中,节点作为连接组合梁、立柱和拉筋等结构的重要枢纽,发挥着关键作用。随着节点的大规模制造和使用,节点预制的精度要求也越来越高。本文简要阐述了节点预制流程,对预制过程中影响精度的因素进行分析,如节点管卷制延展度尺寸合格率低、反变形控制措施不到位、焊接顺序不合理等,并结合车间条件、施工经验以及国内外新工艺提出相应的解决方案,进行了延展率数据修正专项提升和变形控制专项提升,提高了节点的预制精度,这对海洋工程模块节点预制具有重要意义。In the field of offshore engineering,the joint plays a key role as an important hub for connecting composite beams,columns and reinforcement structures.With the large-scale manufacture and use of nodes,the precision requirements of node prefabrication are getting higher and higher.This paper briefly describes the joint prefabrication process,analyzes the factors that affect the precision during the prefabrication process,such as the low pass rate of the joint pipe roll elongation size,the anti-deformation control measures are not in place,the welding sequence is unreasonable,and puts forward the corresponding solutions based on the workshop conditions,construction experience and new technologies at home and abroad.The precision of node prefabrication is improved by the special upgrading of elongation data correction and deformation control,which is of great significance for the node prefabrication of Marine engineering modules.
