摘 要:立式热虹吸再沸器是为精馏塔系统提供热量的关键设备,为塔内气液传质提供足够的气相量。再沸器设计得是否合理直接影响精馏塔是否可以稳定运行,进而影响装置负荷和产品质量。因此不仅要理解立式热虹吸再沸器的原理,还要学会应用于实践中。本文根据立式热虹吸再沸器的基本工作原理,结合工作实践,分析立式热虹吸再沸器设计中需要注意的设计要点。在工程设计时需要考虑液柱静压头和实际生产时组分波动对再沸器稳定运行的影响,保证立式热虹吸再沸器循环稳定运行。The vertical thermosiphon reboiler is a key equipment that provides heat for the distillation tower system and provides sufficient gas phase quantity for gas-liquid mass transfer inside the tower.The rationality of the reboiler design directly affects the stable operation of the distillation tower,which in turn affects the device load and product quality.Therefore,it is not only necessary to understand the principle of a vertical thermosiphon reboiler,but also to learn how to apply it in practice.This article analyzes the design points that need to be paid attention to in the design of vertical thermosiphon reboilers based on the basic working principle and practical work.In engineering design,it is necessary to consider the impact of liquid column static pressure head and the component fluctuations during actual production on the stable operation of the reboiler,to ensure the stable cyclic operation of the vertical thermosiphon reboiler.
