摘　　要：近年来,随着化工工厂向着大型化、模块化、国际化的方向发展,项目的建造工期、投资成本、质量安全环保等指标对于承包方有了更高的要求。模块化设计建造具备高质量、低成本和短周期的显著优势,本文以某炼化模块项目模块化建造为例,详细介绍模块化中的一体化设计和结构预制方案,为后续其他模块化建造项目提供参考。In recent years,with the development of chemical factories towards large-scale,modular,and international directions,the construction period,investment cost,quality,safety,and environmental protection indicators of projects have higher requirements for contractors.Modular design and construction have significant advantages of high quality,low cost,and short cycle.This article takes the modular construction of a certain refining module project as an example to introduce in detail the integrated design and structural prefabrication scheme in modularization,providing reference for other modular construction projects in the future.
