摘　　要：实验室质控功能模块作为化工实验室检测信息系统平台中重要的功能模块,能够确保检测分析工作在质量管理体系中正常运行,使化工实验室分析检测工作向信息化、标准化发展,提高检测技术人员的工作效率和实验室信息管理的整体水平。本文对化工实验室中质控功能模块的重要性、国内外研究方向、质控功能模块的目的及意义进行了阐述,对化工实验室质控功能模块的系统架构、程序开发理念、软件运行环境、质控流程管理模块、检测样品平行双样功能模块、加标功能模块、标准物质功能模块以及其他质控相关功能模块进行了研究分析,为提高化工实验室整体质量管理水平和实验室信息化、智能化、标准化发展提供了技术保障。The laboratory quality control function module,as an important functional module in chemical laboratories,can ensure the normal operation of testing and analysis work in the quality management system,promote the development of informationization and standardization in chemical laboratory analysis and testing work,and improve the work efficiency of testing technicians and the overall level of laboratory information management.This article elaborates on the importance of quality control functional modules in chemical laboratories,research directions at home and abroad,the purpose and significance of quality control functional modules.The system architecture,program development concept,software operating environment,quality control process management module,parallel double sample testing functional module,spiked functional module,standard substance functional module,and other quality control related functional modules of quality control functional modules in chemical laboratories are studied and analyzed,providing technical support for improving the overall quality management level of chemical laboratories and the development of laboratory informationization,intelligence,and standardization.
