摘 要:储罐的形式有固定顶储罐、浮顶罐(含内浮顶罐)、地上及地下低温储罐等。API STD 2000常压低压储罐的通气中将储罐的超压归类于包括高压窜低压、气体密封故障、传热设备内部故障、废气处理系统故障、环境压力变化、调节阀失效、内部爆炸或爆燃等非正常工况。对所有可能造成储罐超压和负压的工况采用危害及可操作性分析(HAZOP)逐一分析,进行计算。储罐呼吸阀的选型需要考虑多种非正常工况下的呼吸量。The forms of storage tanks include fixed-roof tanks,floating-roof tanks(including internal-floating-roof tanks),aboveground and underground refrigerated storage tanks.API STD 2000 venting of atmospheric and low-pressure storage tanks covers the causes of overpressure or vacuum,considering pressure transfer vapour breakthrough,inert pads and purges,internal failure of heat-transfer devices,vent treatment systems failure,atmospheric pressure changes,control valve failure,and internal explosion/deflagration.All working conditions causing the overpressure or vacuum was analyzed applying the Hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP),and was calculated.All these abnormal working conditions maximum flow rates of venting should be considered to select the pressure/vacuum relief valves.
