摘　　要：随着科技的进步和工业化的发展,化工产业面临着日益复杂多变的新环境挑战,安全生产和管理策略在化工行业中显得尤为重要。化工企业应结合行业特点,认真对待安全生产管理工作,保证人员和财产的安全,塑造优良企业形象。本文分析了新环境下化工安全生产面临的问题,然后提出了一系列针对性的管理策略,通过本文的研究,旨在为化工企业在新环境下实现安全生产和管理提供有益的参考和借鉴,以期提高化工生产的安全性和效率。With the progress of science and technology and the development of industrialisation,the chemical industry is facing new environmental challenges that are increasingly complex and changeable,and safe production and management strategies are particularly important in the chemical industry.Chemical enterprises should combine the characteristics of the industry,take production safety management seriously,ensure the safety of personnel and property,and shape a good corporate image.This paper analyses the problems faced by chemical production safety in the new environment,and then puts forward a series of targeted management strategies,through the research in this paper,aims to provide useful references and lessons for chemical enterprises to achieve safe production and management in the new environment,with a view to improving the safety and efficiency of chemical production.
