摘　　要：自由贸易试验区是推进黑龙江高水平制度型对外开放的“试验田”,是对接国际高标准自由贸易机制的“排头兵”。鉴于黑龙江自由贸易试验区在服务贸易方面已有的基础,通过剖析其内在的优势与不足,并吸取国内自贸区的实践经验,提出黑龙江自贸区服务贸易高质量发展的对策建议,为相关部门提供理论参考与借鉴。The free trade pilot zone in Heilongjiang is the"experimental field"for promoting high-level institutional-oriented opening-up in the province and the"vanguard"for connecting with international high-standard free trade mechanisms.Given the existing foundation of service trade in the free trade pilot zone of Heilongjiang,analyzing its inherent advantages and disadvantages and drawing on the practical experience of domestic free trade zones,the study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for high-quality development of service trade in the free trade pilot zone of Heilongjiang,so as to provide theoretical reference and inspiration for relevant departments.
