摘 要:文化产业合理化布局是整合和优化已有资源,提升文化产业发展核心竞争力的重要举措。尽管已有不少研究对文化产业布局进行了深入分析,但还缺乏国家大数据综合试验区设立对文化产业空间布局影响的检验。基于2012—2022年我国30个省份的面板数据,通过运用多期双重差分模型(DID)考察国家大数据综合试验区试点政策对文化产业空间布局的影响效应。结果发现:一是国家大数据综合试验区试点政策显著降低了文化产业的地理集中度,进一步促进了从集聚分布向均衡分布发展,从而优化了文化产业空间布局;二是异质性分析发现该效应在东部省份及文化资源禀赋较高的省份更为明显;三是技术创新、数字金融服务水平提升是国家大数据综合试验区试点政策对文化产业空间布局的影响机制。以上结论为合理利用国家大数据综合试验区试点政策进而重塑均衡的文化产业空间布局,而构建起数字化时代的分工新格局提供了经验依据。The rational spatial layout of the cultural industry is an important measure to integrate and optimize existing resources and enhance the core competitiveness of the cultural industry.Although many studies have conducted in-depth analyses of the spatial layout of the cultural industry,there is still a lack of research on the impact of the establishment of national big data comprehensive pilot zones on the spatial layout of the cultural industry.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2022,the study uses the multi-period difference-in-differences model(DID)to examine the impact of the pilot policy of national big data comprehensive pilot zones on the spatial layout of the cultural industry.The results show that:First,the pilot policy of national big data comprehensive pilot zones significantly reduces the geographical concentration of the cultural industry,further promoting the development from agglomeration distribution to balanced distribution,thereby optimizing the spatial layout of the cultural industry.Second,the heterogeneity analysis shows that this effect is more obvious in eastern provinces and provinces with higher cultural resource endowments.Third,the mediation effect test suggests that technological innovation,digital financial service level enhancement,and industrial structure optimization are the mechanisms through which the pilot policy of national big data comprehensive pilot zones affects the spatial layout of the cultural industry.The above conclusions provide empirical evidence for the rational utilization of the pilot policy of national big data comprehensive pilot zones to reshape a balanced spatial layout of the cultural industry and build a new division of labor pattern in the digital age.
