摘　　要：创新是学术研究的核心,良好的学术道德与规范是实现创新的重要保障。随着信息技术迅猛发展,研究生获取学术资源更为便捷,却也面临更高的学术不端风险。当前,研究生群体对学术道德和规范问题的严重性认识不足,学术失范现象较为常见,且普遍认为外在社会环境对自身遵守学术道德规范有影响显著。学术功利化、行政化、绩效化和商业化是导致高校研究生学术道德失范的主要因素。为解决这一问题,需全面加强研究生学术道德与规范建设,强化研究生内在自律意识,健全并细化管理制度,优化外在他律体系,同时加强社会诚信体系建设,构建完整的研究生外在他律生态系统闭环,以促进学术环境的健康发展。Innovation is the core of academic research,and good academic ethics and norms are essential safeguards for achieving innovation.With the rapid development of information technology,graduate students have easier access to academic resources,but they also face higher risks of academic misconduct.Currently,graduate students generally lack sufficient awareness of the seriousness of academic ethics and norms,and academic misconduct is relatively common.There is a widespread belief that external social environments significantly influence their adherence to academic ethics and norms.The main factors contributing to academic misconduct among graduate students include the utilitization,administratization,performance-oriented evaluation,and commercialization of academia.To address this issue,it is necessary to comprehensively strengthen the construction of academic ethics and norms among graduate students,enhance their intrinsic self-discipline,improve and refine management systems,optimize external regulatory systems,and strengthen the construction of a social integrity system.This will help establish a complete ecosystem of external regulation for graduate students,promoting a healthy academic environment.
