摘  要:阐述了风电机组主机架及其周边结构特点,对主机架和轴承座的不同连接方式进行了对比,分析了主机架结构设计流程。总结了主机架极限强度计算流程、疲劳计算理论和评价准则,对比了主机架计算中各种接触算法的原理和适用性。分析了主机架铸造工艺要求,针对在熔炼和铸造工艺中的难点,提出了相应的解决措施,为风电机组主机架的设计和应用提供参考。The characteristics of the wind turbine main frame and its surrounding structures are introduced.The different connection methods of the main frame and bearing housing are compared.The design process of main frame is analyzed.The ultimate strength calculation process,fatigue calculation theory and evaluation criteria of the main frame are summarized.The principles and applicability of various contact algorithms in mainframe calculations are compared.The casting process requirements for the main frame are analyzed.Corresponding solutions to the difficulties in smelting and casting processes are proposed.The reference for the design and application of wind turbine main frames is provided.
