摘  要:以我国某核电项目自主研制的大吨位核环吊主起升减速器为研究对象,针对高抗震性能设计要求,结合国内外标准规范,运用抗震计算频域-时域转化分析技术及有限元分析软件,对核环吊进行非线性时程抗震分析,研究计算减速器地震激励载荷,作为地震试验台激励载荷输入。同时对减速器样机进行了抗震试验分析,研究考核主起升减速器样机地震载荷作用下及作用后的结构完整性和功能完好性,验证其抗震性能满足要求,为核电装备关键部件国产化抗震性能设计分析及试验验证提供借鉴。Taking the main hoisting reducer of large tonnage nuclear ring crane for a nuclear power project in China as the research object,aiming at the design requirements of high seismic performance and combining with domestic and foreign standards and specifications,the nonlinear time-history seismic analysis of nuclear ring crane is carried out by using seismic calculation frequency-time domain conversion analysis technology and finite element analysis program,and the seismic excitation load of reducer is studied and calculated as the excitation load input of seismic test bench.At the same time,the seismic test analysis of the reducer prototype was carried out to study the structural integrity and functional integrity of the main lifting reducer prototype under and after the seismic load,and to verify that its seismic performance met the requirements,which provided reference for the seismic performance design analysis and test verification of the key components of nuclear power equipment.
