摘 要:分子影像是心血管疾病精准诊疗的重要手段,结合纳米材料可实现损伤发生与发展的分子层面可视化。随着研究深入,靶向纳米载药系统有望实现心血管疾病的诊疗一体化。尽管当前纳米分子探针仍面临挑战,但借助人工智能与新材料的开发,分子影像展现出广阔的临床应用前景。Molecular imaging serves as a critical approach for the precise diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.By integrating nanomaterials,it enables the visualization of cardiovascular injury at the molecular level during its onset and progression.With further advancements in research within this field,targeted nano drug delivery systems are anticipated to achieve integrated diagnosis and therapy for cardiovascular diseases.Although current nano-scale molecular probes still face considerable challenges,the development of artificial intelligence and novel materials has demonstrated broad prospects for the clinical application of molecular imaging.
