摘　　要：右心衰竭是指任何原因引起的右心室收缩和(或)舒张功能障碍,不足以提供机体所需心排血量时出现的临床综合征。超声心动图、心脏磁共振、放射线和放射性核素显像等影像学技术可对右心结构及功能进行评估,这对于制定疾病诊疗策略和判断预后具有重要意义。本文就上述心脏影像学技术在右心衰竭评估中的应用展开综述。Right heart failure refers to a clinical syndrome resulting from impaired systolic and/or diastolic function of the right ventricle,due to a variety of underlying causes,leading to an inability to maintain adequate cardiac output.Imaging techniques such as echocardiography,magnetic resonance imaging,radiography and radionuclide imaging can assess the structure and function of the right heart,which is important for the development of diagnostic and therapeutic strategies and the prediction of clinical outcomes.This article reviews the application of the above cardiac imaging techniques in the evaluation of right heart failure.
