摘　　要：自上海合作组织命运共同体提出以来,中国深刻阐释了这一理念的内涵要义,并推动其在共同价值、共同安全、共同利益和共同情感上取得长足进展。随着世界政治极化加剧,上合组织的外部发展环境趋于复杂,组织内部战略协调与政策沟通难度有所增加,政治、安全、经济、人文合作潜力有待深入挖掘。作为上合组织2024—2025年度轮值主席国,中方应继续弘扬“上海精神”,强化政治互信以夯实合作基础、深化务实合作以拉紧利益纽带、加强文明互鉴以提升合作共识,从而拓展上合组织命运共同体的发展空间。Since the proposal of building a Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO)community of shared future,China has elaborated on its essential meaning and promoted its substantial progress in shared values,collective security,common interests,and mutual understanding.With the intensifying polarization of world politics,the external environment of the SCO’s development has become more complicated.Strategic coordination and policy communication within the organization have also encountered more difficulties.Moreover,the SCO’s potential for political,security,economic,and cultural cooperation is far from being fully explored.As the rotating presidency of the SCO for 2024-2025,China should continue to uphold the Shanghai Spirit,strengthen political mutual trust to consolidate the foundation for cooperation,forge closer ties of common interests with deeper practical collaboration,and enhance mutual learning among civilizations to raise the consensus on cooperation.All these moves will contribute to expanding the development space for the SCO community of shared future.
