摘　　要：“转型过渡期”不仅是对国际关系现状的描述,更是对现代国际关系本质特征的深刻概括,其已成为理解全球化时代和多极化世界中各国政治经济关系的核心概念,内涵较之以往更为深刻。从历史维度看,“转型过渡期”具有国际权力格局调整、国际利益分配调整、国际秩序复杂演变、危机变革交织加速等规律特征。21世纪百年大变局下的“转型过渡期”将会对国际体系变革产生更大范围的颠覆性影响,不确定性也更为突出,将会催生国际社会治理体系的新思路与新模式。The concept of transition period not only describes the current state of international relations but also profoundly encapsulates the essential characteristics of contemporary global dynamics.The notion is central to understanding the political and economic relations among countries in the era of globalization and a multipolar world,with its connotations now deeper than ever before.Adjustments in the international power structure,shifts in the international distribution of interests,the complex evolution of global order,and the acceleration of intertwined crises and transformations are some of the common characteristics of historical transition periods.The current transition period amid profound changes unseen in a century will bring about systemic transformations with broader and more disruptive impacts,accompanied by heightened uncertainties.These dynamics will also catalyze new ideas and models for the global governance system.
