基于肠道菌群探讨苗医生理观

摘　　要：肠道菌群的稳态调节在维持人体的正常生理活动中发挥着至关重要的作用,与多种组织与器官有着非常密切的联系。苗医药理论中,人体生理活动由不同的结构区域分别承担,如三界、九架组和上下交环等。不同的功能单元之间相互联系、相互影响,在整体上发挥作用。而苗医理论中的生成哲学与万物有灵论思想也符合肠道菌群的基本特征。文章结合肠道菌群学说来诠释苗医药理论,如微生物—器官轴可以描述苗医理论中人体不同区域之间的联系,从而探寻苗医药现代研究发展的新方向。The homeostatic regulation of intestinal flora plays a crucial role in maintaining the normal physiological activities of the human body and is very closely related to a wide range of tissues and organs.In the theory of traditional Miao medicine,the physiological activities of the human body are undertaken separately by different structural regions,such as the three Jie,the nine Jiazu and the upper and lower Jiaohuan.The different functional units are interconnected and interact with each other to play a role in the whole.The philosophy of“generation”and the idea of“animism”in the medical theory of the Miao people are also in line with the basic characteristics of the intestinal flora.By interpreting the theory of traditional Miao medicine through the theory of intestinal flora,such as the gut-organ axis,we can describe the connection between different regions of the human body in the theory of traditional Miao medicine,and thus explore the new direction of the development of modern research on traditional Miao medicine.
