基于“阴平阳秘”理论探析盆腔炎性不孕的治疗思路

摘　　要：文章通过深入剖析中医“阴平阳秘”理论,为盆腔炎性不孕的治疗提供新的思路。文章首先阐释了“阴平阳秘”理论的内涵及其在人体健康维持中的重要性,随后详细分析了盆腔炎性不孕的中西医病理机制,并结合“阴平阳秘”理论,从“阴平阳秘”理论与病理因素及脏腑阴阳、“阴平阳秘”理论与“未病先防”“阴平阳秘”理论与免疫调节三个方面提出了治疗思路,以期恢复机体的阴阳平衡,达到治疗盆腔炎性不孕的目的。This article aims to provide new ideas for the treatment of infertility due to pelvic inflammatory disease by in-depth analysis of the theory of“relative equilibrium of Yin-Yang”in traditional Chinese medicine.This article first explains the connotation of the theory of“relative equilibrium of Yin-Yang”and its importance in the maintenance of human health,then analyzes the pathological mechanism of pelvic inflammatory infertility in Chinese and western medicine in detail.Combined with the theory of“relative equilibrium of Yin-Yang”,from the theory of“relative equilibrium of Yin-Yang”and the pathological factors and the Yin and Yang of zangfu organs.The theory of“relative equilibrium of Yin-Yang”and“prevention before disease”;The theory of“relative equilibrium of Yin-Yang”and immune regulation put forward the treatment ideas in order to restore the balance of Yin and Yang in the body and achieve the purpose of treating pelvic inflammatory infertility.
