摘　　要：性早熟的发病率逐年升高,中医药治疗越来越受到大家的重视。脾肾作为生长发育的关键脏腑,在性早熟的治疗中起到重要作用。文章通过分析脾肾两脏的生理功能、病理变化及两脏之间的相互作用,提出本病的病机为阴虚火旺、脾虚痰结、痰湿内蕴,治疗上应以滋阴补肾、健脾化湿为治则,并加以医案佐证,以期在临床治疗中达到更好的效果。The incidence of precocious puberty is increasing year by year,and traditional Chinese medicine treatment has attracted more and more attention.The spleen and kidney,as the key organs for growth and development,play an important role in the treatment of precocious puberty.By analyzing the physiological functions and pathological changes of the spleen and kidney and the interaction between the two organs,this paper proposes that the pathogenesis of this disease is yin deficiency and fire,spleen deficiency and phlegm condensation,phlegm and dampness,and the treatment should be based on the principles of nourishing yin and nourishing the kidney,strengthening the spleen and dissolving dampness,and supporting it with medical cases,in order to achieve better results in clinical treatment.
