摘 要:佤医“八气六元”和傣医“四塔五蕴”理论根植于族群文化,是关于疾病的病因、病机、病理转化的理论,文章对二者的内涵进行了系统论述,并从哲学思想内涵、各元素之间的从属关系、对人体生理和病理的解释,以及用药经验四个方面将二者进行比较,旨在探讨佤医“八气六元”和傣医“四塔五蕴”之间的异同,探索二者的结合点和交叉点,有助于促进双方的交流和发展。The theory of“eight qi and six Yuan”in Wa medicine and“Four pagoda and five accumulation”in Dai medicine is rooted in ethnic culture and is a theory about the etiology,pathogenesis and pathological transformation of diseases.This paper systematically discusses the connotation of the two and compares them from four aspects:the connotation of philosophical thoughts,the relationship between various elements,the explanation of human physiology and pathology,and the experience of drug use.The purpose is to explore the similarities and differences between“eight qi and six yuan”of Wa medicine and“four pagoda and five accumulation”of Dai medicine,and to explore the combination and intersection of the two,which is helpful to promote the communication and development of both sides.
