摘　　要：麦冬药理作用广泛,是养阴润肺常用中药。随着麦冬市场需求量的增加,麦冬的掺伪或是混用情况日益严重。目前,市场上麦冬的混淆品种较多,因此加强麦冬的鉴定方法研究,对保障麦冬的药材质量和用药安全具有重要意义。文章从麦冬的性状鉴定、显微鉴定、理化鉴定(色谱法、光谱法等)和分子鉴定等方面对麦冬的鉴定方法进行了总结,以期为麦冬及其相关产品的研究和应用提供参考。Ophiopogon japonicus has a wide range of pharmacological effects,which has the functions of nourishing yin and moistening the lungs.With the increasing demand for Ophiopogon japonicus in the market,the adulteration or mixing of Ophiopogon japonicus is becoming increasingly serious.At present,there are many confused varieties of Ophiopogon japonicus in the market.Thus,it is important to establish the identification methods of Ophiopogon japonicus,to ensure the safety of clinical use and the quality control.This paper summarized the authenticity identification methods of Ophiopogon japonicusfrom the aspects of trait identification,microscopic identification,physicochemical identification(chromatography,spectroscopy,etc.),in order to provide reference for the research and application of Ophiopogon japonicus and its related products.
