任加峰应用壮医经筋疗法治疗心脏神经症临证经验

摘　　要：心脏神经症是自主神经功能紊乱为诱因的以心血管系统功能紊乱或失常为主要表现的一类症候,近年来随着新冠疫情的影响,该疾病发生人群逐年增多。壮医经筋学认为该病是由相关经筋损伤,阻碍经脉气血运行,并且进一步影响心脏功能,从而导致的疾病。文章对任加峰主任应用壮医经筋疗法治疗心脏神经官能症的临证经验进行总结,为治疗临床上以筋结为主要诱因的该病提供新的诊疗思路和具体操作方法。Cardiac neurosis(CN)is a disorder of the cardiovascular system in which autonomic dysfunction is the causative agent,and the incidence of the disease has been increasing in recent years due to the Impact of the novel coronavirus outbreak.Meridian tendon science suggests that the disease is caused by damage to the relevant meridian tendon,which hinders the flow of qi and blood through the meridians and further affects the function of the heart,thus leading to the disease.In this article,we summarize Director Ren Jiafeng's clinical experience in usingZhuang medicine meridian tendon therapy to treat cardiac neurosis,providing new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for cases primarily caused by meridian blockages.
