摘　　要：颈型颈椎病近年来发病率逐年升高,针对本病中西医已有一些有效方案,但一般治疗周期偏长。文章总结了张文兵主任使用反阿是穴疗法治疗颈型颈椎病的临证经验,具有疗程短、起效快、简便安全等优势。张文兵主任以“经筋小整体”理论为指导,将颈部肌群视为一个整体,根据痛点在“小整体”内的对应位置寻找反阿是穴,在反阿是穴上通过针刀治疗,释放紧张肌纤维或条索状结节的压力,改善局部血液循环,阻断炎症反应等作用,以达到快速止痛、调和气血、重新调整颈部肌肉平衡的效果。In recent years,the incidence of cervical spondylosis has increased year by year.There are some effective programs for Chinese and western medicine in this disease,but the general treatment cycle is long.This paper summarizes the wen-bing zhang,director of the treatment of cervical spondylosis,short course,quick effect,simple safety advantages,director of wen-bing zhang guided by the theory of“small whole”,the neck muscle group as a whole,according to the pain points in the corresponding position in the“small whole”looking for ashi point,in the counter is hole by needle knife treatment,release tension muscle fiber or thread nodule pressure,improve local blood circulation,block inflammatory reaction,in order to achieve rapid pain,reconcile qi,readjust the effect of neck muscle balance.
