基于数据挖掘的中医药治疗肺癌术后咳嗽的用药规律

摘　　要：目的:通过数据挖掘分析方法分析中医药治疗肺癌术后咳嗽的用药规律及组方特点,为临床治疗提供科学有力的理论支持。方法:检索中国知网、维普、万方数据库,收集2014年1月至2024年4月中医药治疗肺癌术后咳嗽的相关文献,使用Excel建立数据库,使用SPSS Modeler 18.0和SPSS 27.0分析药物性味归经、功效类别、频率分析、关联规则分析和聚类分析等。结果:一共筛选出116张处方,共278味中药,其中使用频率最高的中药是甘草、半夏、茯苓等;四气以寒温平为主,五味以甘苦辛为主;归经以肺脾胃为主;药物功效为补虚药、化痰止咳平喘药、清热药为主;高频药物组合11对;药物关联规则14条,3个聚类方。结论:通过SPSS Modeler 18.0和SPSS 27.0进行数据挖掘,揭示出中医药治疗肺癌术后咳嗽的用药规律,为临床上中西医结合治疗肺癌术后咳嗽及新方开发提供参考。Objective To analyze the medication rules and prescription characteristics of TCM in the treatment of postoperative cough of lung cancer through data mining analysis,and to provide scientific and powerful theoretical support for clinical treatment.Methods The relevant literature on postoperative cough of lung cancer treated by traditional Chinese medicine from January 2014 to April 2024 was collected by searching the databases of CNKI,Vipu and Wanfang,and the database was established using Excel.SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS 27.0 were used to analyze drug flavor normalization,efficacy category,frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results A total of 116 prescriptions were selected,with a total of 278 traditional Chinese medicines,among which licorice,pinellia and poria were the most frequently used.The four Qi are mainly cold and warm,and the five taste are mainly sweet and bitter.The main channel is lung,spleen and stomach;The main efficacy of the drugs were tonifying vacuity,relieving cough and relieving asthma,and clearing heat.High frequency drug combination 11 pairs;There were 14 drug association rules and 3 clustering methods.Conclusions SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS 27.0 were used for data mining to reveal the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of postoperative cough for lung cancer,providing references for the clinical treatment of postoperative cough and the development of new prescriptions.
