摘  要:爬坡车道起点位置是确定高速公路爬坡车道交通运营安全的关键,目前我国主要以货车的爬坡速度对道路通行效率的影响作为设置依据,缺乏对交通安全性考量。为探索保障爬坡车道运营安全的起点位置设置依据,本文以设计速度100 km/h与80 km/h的双向四车道高速公路为例,实地采集不同坡度与坡长条件下的交通运行特性数据,分析该路段客货车辆运行速度与客货车速度差的变化趋势,根据交通运行安全性原理,提出爬坡车道起点应设置在客货车速度差为20 km/h处。研究结果与现行规范设置依据相比,在相同路段事故率能降低31.79%~49.57%。研究能改善高速公路爬坡路段的运营安全水平,为爬坡车道起点位置的安全性设置提出了一种新思路和方法。The starting position of a climbing lane is a critical parameter for ensuring the operational safety of freeway climbing lanes, and currently the location of the starting position is mainly determined based on the climbing speed value of trucks based on the efficiency of road access, while there is a lack of determination methods that take into account traffic safety. In order to explore the starting position to ensure the safety of climbing lanes,this paper takes a two-way four-lane highway with a design speed of 100 km/h and 80 km/h as an example, collects the data of traffic operation characteristics under the conditions of different slope gradients and slope lengths, and analyzed the trend of changes in the operating speed of cars and trucks, as well as the speed difference between cars and trucks on this section of the road. According to the principle of traffic operation safety, it is proposed that the starting position should be set at the place where the speed difference between cars and trucks is 20 km/h. Compared with the applicable codes and standards, the accident rate can be reduced by 31.79%~49.57% in the same gradient section. The study can effectively improve the operation safety level of freeway climbing way, and puts forward a new idea and method for the safety setting of the starting position of climbing lane.
