摘 要:随着我国城市化建设的不断发展,对现有的交通建设提出越来越高的要求,在车流量大处需要修建大型的互通立交桥来提高道路的通行效率。拟修建城市互通桥梁跨既有铁路施工时既要满足自身安全可靠又要保证既有线的正常运营。为解决此类桥梁在上述要求下的施工重难点,以实际工程案例济宁市海川路北延上跨新兖铁路立交桥工程为背景,深入剖析跨线桥转体箱梁箱梁施工的工程概况,制定施工整体方案与工艺,严格把控关键施工技术,确保桥梁工程施工效率、质量与稳定性,可为类似跨线桥的设计与施工提供参考。With the continuous development of urbanization construction in China,increasingly higher requirements have been put forward for the existing traffic construction.Large-scale interchange overpasses need to be built in areas with heavy traffic flow to improve the road traffic efficiency.When constructing urban interchange bridges that span existing railways,it is necessary to ensure both the safety and reliability of the bridges themselves and the normal operation of the existing lines.To solve the key and difficult points in the construction of such bridges under the above requirements,taking the engineering project of the overpass bridge on the north extension of Haichuan Road in Jining City spanning the Xinyan Railway as the background,this paper deeply analyzes the engineering overview of the construction of the rotating box girder of the overpass bridge,formulates the overall construction scheme and process,and strictly controls the key construction technologies to ensure the construction efficiency,quality and stability of the bridge project,which can provide a reference for the design and construction of similar overpass bridges.
