摘　　要：为探讨铁路机务系统运输组织工作中各影响因素的重要程度,并通过层级结构图揭示各影响因素的逻辑关系,直观呈现各个因素在整个系统中的作用机理。首先建立机务运输组织影响因素指标体系,使用DEMATAL(决策实验室法)得出各影响因素的性质以及权重,并结合ISM(解释结构模型),绘制机务运输组织影响因素层级结构图,依照以上数据分析的结果,建立优化模型。结果表明,机车运用、列车运行图、运用管理、安全管理、人员运用等位于优化模型的第Ⅰ象限,他们在整个机务运输组织中发挥重要的直接作用,决策者以此作为业务指导与组织优化的理论依据。To investigate the significance of various influencing factors in the transportation organization of the railway locomotive system and to reveal the logical relationships among these factors through a hierarchical structure diagram,thereby intuitively presenting the mechanism of action of each factor within the entire system,we first established an index system for locomotive transportation organization and scheduling.The Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)method was utilized to determine the nature and weights of each influencing factor.This was combined with the Interpretive Structural Modeling(ISM)to create a hierarchical structure diagram of the influencing factors in locomotive transportation organization.Based on the results of the above data analysis,anoptimization model was established.The results indicated that locomotive utilization,train diagrams,operation management,safety management,and personnel utilization are located in the first quadrant of the optimization model,playing crucial and direct roles throughout the locomotive transportation organization.Decision-makers can use this as the theoretical basis for business guidance and organizational optimization.
