北京地铁大客流线路客伤事件统计分析及防控对策

摘　　要：以北京地铁5号线、6号线、7号线和亦庄线4条大客流线路为例,对2023年度的客伤事件进行调查研究,并应用统计分析方法划分客伤事件的主要类型,明确了客伤事件的主要原因。基于客伤事件统计及致因分析结果,结合工作实际,从制定预防措施、完善设施设备、加强员工管理、引进先进手段4个方面提出防控客伤事件的对策和建议,并验证有效性,对于科学制定地铁安全运营方案等具有一定的参考作用。Taking four subway lines with heavy passenger flow in Beijing,namely Line 5,Line 6,Line 7,and Yizhuang Line,as examples,this paper investigates and studies passenger injury incidents in 2023 and applies statistical analysis methods to classify the main types of passenger injury incidents and identify their primary causes.Based on the statistics of passenger injury incidents and the analysis of their causes,combined with practical work experiences,countermeasures and suggestions for preventing and controlling passenger injury incidents are proposed from four aspects:formulating preventive measures,improving facilities and equipment,strengthening employee management,introducing advanced means,and verified validity.These provide a certain reference for scientifically formulating subway safe operation plans.
