摘  要:本文以贵州省黔南布依族苗族自治州平塘县平舟镇黄平村产业路项目为研究对象,探究冲击压实技术在产业路项目路基工程中的应用效果。通过阐述冲击压实技术原理,利用冲击轮自由下落产生的巨大冲击力压实路基土体介绍其施工工艺,同时严格把控压实质量检测方法,如灌砂法和核子密度仪法,并针对压实度不均匀、路基表面松散等质量问题提出解决措施。研究发现,冲击压实技术使路基压实度平均值达96%以上,平整度偏差平均值为±8 mm,有效减少工后沉降,增强了边坡稳定性。可得出结论,冲击压实技术有效克服了路基工程难点,为产业路的承载能力和行车舒适性提供保障,也为类似工程提供技术参考。The purpose is to explore the application effect of impact compaction technology in the roadbed engineering of industrial road projects.The method takes the Huangping Village Industrial Road Project in Pingzhou Town,Pingtang County,Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,Guizhou Province as the research object.By explaining the principle of impact compaction technology and using the huge impact force generated by the free fall of the impact wheel to compact the roadbed soil,the construction process is introduced.At the same time,the compaction quality inspection methods such as sand filling method and nuclear density meter method are strictly controlled,and solutions are proposed for quality problems such as uneven compaction degree and loose roadbed surface.The impact compaction technology resulted in an average compaction degree of over 96%for the roadbed,with an average flatness deviation of±8 millimeters,effectively reducing post construction settlement and enhancing slope stability.Conclusion:impact compaction technology effectively overcomes the difficulties of roadbed engineering,provides guarantees for the bearing capacity and driving comfort of industrial roads,and also provides technical references for similar projects.
