摘 要:利用熔融共混的方法制备了滑石粉填充增韧聚丙烯(PP)材料,研究了不同含量的增韧剂(弹性体)和滑石粉粒径对PP材料火焰处理后的表面极性和粘接强度的影响。结果表明:一定量的乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)弹性体加入能够增加火焰处理后PP材料的表面极性,粘接强度较高;继续增加POE弹性体含量,表面极性反而降低,粘接强度略有降低。使用较小粒径的滑石粉时,PP材料火焰处理后表面极性和粘接强度不如较大粒径的滑石粉填充PP体系。加入POE弹性体后,在110℃老化168h后,粘接强度反而降低。Talc powder flled toughened polypropylene(PP)material was prepared by melt blending method,and the effects of different contents of toughening agent(elastomer)and talc powder particle size on the surface polarity and adhesive strength of PP material after flame treatment were studied.The results showed that a small amount of polyolefin elastomer(POE)could increase the surface polarity of PP material after flame treatment,and the bonding strength was higher.When the content of elastomer continued to increase,the surface polarity decreased and the bonding strength decreased slightly.When using smaller particle size talc,the surface polarity and bonding strength of PP material after flame treatment were inferior to those of larger particle size talc system.After adding POE,the bonding strength decreased after aging at 110℃ for 168 h.
