增韧尼龙6的结晶与加工性能研究

摘  要:通过熔融共混法制备了一种沙林树脂增韧尼龙6(简称增韧PA6),采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和差示扫描量热(DSC)方法对增韧PA6在不同温度下等温结晶后的结晶行为进行研究,并应用热压成型工艺探索结晶温度对加工性能的影响。结果表明:增韧PA6在170℃及以下等温结晶后只出现一种α晶型,有利于制品稳定性;在温度180℃结晶后有α和两种晶型共同存在。样品热压熔融后在不同温度(180℃、160℃140℃)下等温结晶,通过DSC测试和FTIR测试发现均出现一种α晶型;对于增韧PA6的拉伸性能和抗冲击性能,结晶温度的变化对材料的加工性能影响不明显。A toughened nylon 6 with Surlyn resin(referred to as toughened PA6)was prepared by melt blending method.The crystallization behavior of toughened PA6 after isothermal crystallization at different temperatures was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)methods,and the effect of crystallization temperature on processing properties was explored by hot pressing process.The results showed that toughened PA6 exhibited only one α crystal form during isothermal crystallization at 170℃ and below,which is beneficial for the stability of the product.After crystallization at a temperature of 180℃,twocrystal forms,α and y,coexist.After hot pressing and melting,the sample was subjected to isothermal crystallization at different temperatures(180℃,160℃,140℃),and itwasfound through DSC and FTIR teststhatasingle α crystal form appeared.The change in crystallization temperature has little effect on the processing properties of toughened PA6 in terms of tensile and impact resistance.
