小城市公共交通的空间公平性与优化策略研究

摘  要:该文以江西省吉安县中心城区为例,采用核密度、洛伦兹曲线等方法评价公交资源供给和供需公平性,并构建空间公平指数对公共交通配置空间公平性进行评价.研究结果显示:在研究区内公共交通配置整体滞后,敦厚镇片区资源配置最优,横江镇片区公平性较差,人口分布不均和城市规划是影响公平配置的关键因素,并提出分区筹划、线网分级等策略,以优化公交资源配置.The central urban area of Ji′an County,Jiangxi Province is taken as an example in this paper,and the methods such as kernel density and Lorenz curves are used to evaluate the supply of public transportation resources and the fairness of supply and demand.Then,the spatial equity index is constructed to assess the spatial equity of public transportation allocation.The results show that the overall public transportation configuration in the study area is lagging,with the best resource allocation in Dunhou Town and the worst equity in Hengjiang Town.The uneven distribution of the population and urban planning are key factors affecting fair allocation.The strategies such as zo-ning planning and hierarchical network grading are suggested to optimize the allocation of public transportation resources.
