摘　　要：目的 检索、评价并整合经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention, PCI)患者出院计划的最佳证据。方法 基于PIPOST模式构建循证问题,按照“6S”证据模型检索JBI循证卫生保健中心数据库、PubMed、美国国立指南库、英国国家临床医学研究所指南库、美国心脏病协会、美国心血管学会等数据库、指南网及专业学会网中关于PCI患者出院计划的临床决策、指南、证据总结、最佳实践、系统评价和专家共识等,并由2名研究人员独立对纳入文献进行质量评价、资料提取和汇总。检索时限为建库至2024年2月1日。结果 共纳入17篇文献,其中指南3篇、临床决策4篇、最佳实践1篇、证据总结3篇、系统评价4篇、专家共识2篇,并从评估、制订计划、执行计划、后续追踪与效果评价5个方面总结出40条证据。结论 本研究总结了PCI患者出院计划的最佳证据,为医院建立PCI后患者出院计划规范流程、实践标准提供了参考。Objective To review,evaluate,and integrate the best evidence on discharge planning for patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Constructing evidence-based questions based on PIPOST model,in accordance with the''6S''evidence model,clinical decisions,guidelines,evidence summaries,best practices,systematic evaluations,and expert consensus regarding discharge planning for PCI patients were searched in JBI Evidence-based Health Care Center database,PubMed,US National Guideline Database,UK National Institute for Clinical Medicine Guideline Database,American Heart Association,American Cardiovascular Society and relevant databases,guideline networks,and professional society networks.Two researchers independently performed quality assessment,data extraction,and summarization of the retrieved literature.The search period were from the establishment of each database to February 1,2024.Results A total of 17 articles were included,including 3 guidelines,4 clinical choices,1 best practice,3 evidence summaries,4 systematic reviews,and 2 expert consensus.A total of 40 pieces of evidence were summarized from 5 categories:Assessment,plan creation,plan execution,follow-up,and effectiveness evaluation.Conclusion It is summarized on the best evidence of discharge planning for PCI patients in this study,and is offered a reference for hospitals to create a standardized procedure and practice standards for patient discharge planning following PCI.
