摘  要:目的 了解青少年固定矫治患者口腔健康素养、自我效能和自我管理能力现状,并探讨口腔健康素养在自我效能与自我管理能力间的中介效应。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2023年2—10月于青岛市某三级口腔专科医院行固定矫治器治疗的301例青少年患者,采用一般资料调查表、口腔健康素养量表、自我效能量表、口腔自我管理能力量表进行问卷调查。采用AMOS 26.0构建结构方程模型,检验口腔健康素养在自我效能与自我管理能力间的中介效应。结果 青少年固定矫治患者口腔健康素养量表总分为(37.55±6.48)分,自我效能量表总分为(51.43±12.93)分,口腔自我管理能力量表总分为(40.91±6.86)分,均处于中等水平。Pearson相关分析结果显示:青少年固定矫治患者自我效能、口腔健康素养与自我管理能力间两两呈正相关(均P<0.05)。中介分析结果显示:青少年固定矫治患者口腔健康素养在自我效能与自我管理能力间有部分中介效应。自我效能对自我管理能力的总效应为0.649,直接效应为0.512,间接效应为0.137,中介效应占总效应的21.1%。结论 口腔健康素养是青少年固定矫治患者自我效能与自我管理能力间的中介变量,医护人员应从多方面提升青少年固定矫治患者自我效能水平,加强其口腔知识的学习,进而巩固口腔健康素养,提高自我管理能力。Objective To understand the status of oral health literacy,self-efficacy,and self-management ability in adolescents with fixed orthodontic treatment,and to explore the mediating effect of oral health literacy on self-efficacy and selfmanagement ability.Methods A total of 301 adolescent patients treated with fixed appliances in a ClassⅢstomatology hospital in Qingdao from February to October 2023 were selected by convenience sampling method,and the questionnaire survey was conducted using the general information questionnaire,oral health literacy scale,self-efficacy scale,and oral self-management ability scale.AMOS 26.0 was used to constructed the structural equation model to test the mediating effect of oral health literacy between self-efficacy and self-management ability.Results The total scores of oral health literacy scale,self-efficacy scale,and oral self-management ability scale of adolescent patients with fixed orthodontic treatment were(37.55±6.48)points,(51.43±12.93)points,and(40.91±6.86)points,respectively,which were all at a medium level.Pearson correlation analysis showed that selfefficacy,oral health literacy,and self-management ability of adolescent patients with fixed orthodontic treatment were positively correlated(all P<0.05).The results of mediation analysis showed that oral health literacy had a partial mediating effect between self-efficacy and self-management ability in adolescents with fixed orthodontic treatment.The total effect of self-efficacy on self-management ability was 0.649,the direct effect was 0.512,the indirect effect was 0.137,and the mediating effect accounted for 21.1%of the total effect.Conclusion Oral health literacy is a mediating variable between self-efficacy and self-management ability of adolescent patients with fixed appliances.Medical and nursing staff should improve the self-efficacy level of adolescent patients with fixed appliances from various aspects,strengthen their learning of oral knowledge,so as to consolidate oral health literacy and improve self-manage
