临床护士预防患者黏膜压力性损伤的知信行现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解临床护士预防患者黏膜压力性损伤(mucosal membrane pressure injury,MMPI)的知信行现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,于2024年3—5月选取四川省12所不同级别医院的临床护士578名为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和临床护士预防患者MMPI知信行现状调查问卷进行问卷调查。结果临床护士预防患者MMPI知信行现状调查问卷总分为(161.39±24.53)分,其中知识维度得分为(51.43±12.52)分、态度维度得分为(38.80±5.90)分、行为维度得分为(71.49±12.40)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示:科室、职称、职务、年龄、是否为伤口造口专科护士、知识和态度是临床护士预防患者MMPI知信行的影响因素(P<0.001)。结论临床护士预防患者MMPI的态度较积极,但知识掌握程度不够,行为有待提高。提示医院护理管理者应将MMPI纳入护理不良事件上报,加强伤口造口专科护士的培养,针对不同特征的护士采用分层培训、专项培训等并实施考核,以增强临床护士预防MMPI的知信行水平,警惕MMPI的发生,从而提升护理质量。Objective To investigate the current status of clinical nurses'knowledge-attitude-practice on the prevention of mucosal membrane pressure injury(MMPI)in patients and to explore its influencing factors.Methods From March to May 2024,578 clinical nurses from 12 hospitals of different levels in Sichuan province were selected as survey respondents by convenience sampling method,and questionnaires were administered using a general information questionnaire and a questionnaire on the current status of clinical nurses'knowledge-attitude-practice toward the prevention of MMPI in patients.Results The total score of the questionnaire on the current status of clinical nurses'knowledge-attitude-practice in preventing MMPI in patients was(161.39±24.53)points,among which the score of knowledge dimension was(51.43±12.52)points,the score of attitude dimension was(38.80±5.90)points,and the score of behavioral dimension was(71.49±12.40)points.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that department,title,position,age,being a wound ostomy specialist nurse,knowledge and attitude were the main factors influencing the knowledge-attitude-practice of clinical nurses in preventing MMPI of patients(P<0.001).Conclusion Clinical nurses have a more positive attitude towards preventing MMPI in patients,but their knowledge is not enough and their behavior needs to be improved.It is suggested that hospital nursing administrators should include MMPI in adverse nursing event reporting,Enhancing the training of wound ostomy specialist nurses,and use the stratified training and specialized training for nurses with different characteristics and the implementation of assessments for enhancing the level of knowledge-attitude-practice of clinical nurses in preventing MMPI and being alert to the occurrence of MMPI,so as to improve the quality of nursing care.
